Room Service, done differently.

If you’re staying at The Hoxton, scan the QR code on the Lacoste Room Service menu in your room. This will open a direct message with our Reception team, where you can let them know which item, size and quantity you’d like.

You can also try on pieces in the lobby before placing your order. Once your order is confirmed, it will be delivered directly to your room.

Yes. The collection launches globally at all The Hoxton hotels from 8 September 2026, subject to availability and remaining stock at each property.

The collection is exclusively available to staying guests. Hox Friends and Dis-loyalty members can also purchase the collection.

The collection includes a T-shirt, polo, hoodie, women’s pyjamas, men’s pyjamas, bathrobe and trackpants.

All pieces are available in unisex sizes XS–XL. Individual products and sizes are subject to availability and will vary depending on each hotel’s remaining stock.

Once your order is placed via the QR code on your Room Service menu, your item will be packaged and delivered to your room on the same day.

Yes. For staying guests, all purchases will be charged directly to your room bill.

All purchases are final. As the collection is extremely limited, no returns, refunds or exchanges are permitted.

The Reception team will let you know if your requested item or size is sold out. Where possible, they may be able to offer the option of purchasing the item from another Hoxton location.
