ELIO + 1 is back : the 4-Handed Feast returns in 2026 at The Hoxton Rome with a new concept: a journey across Italy.
First stop: Naples, Thursday, March 26th, 2026.
For the first appointment of the year, the guest chef is Joar Torch from Persika will join us for one night only.
Located in Naples’ Chiaia district, Persika blends Neapolitan tradition with Swedish influences. The restaurant offers a surprise tasting experience focused on local ingredients and has been recognized by the MICHELIN Guide for its contemporary vision, warm atmosphere, and refined service.

Grilled and marinated Tropea onion with tuna sauce
FIRST COURSE
Linguine with salted anchovies, yellow datterini tomatoes, chili pepper, Moscato grappa and lemon-flavoured crunchy breadcrumbs

Braised lamb terrine, zucchini cream, asparagus, spring herb salad and lamb jus with white wine
DESSERT
French meringue with macerated and dehydrated strawberries, wild strawberries, Greek yogurt ice cream and lavender whipped cream
