Some years end quietly. This one ends with dinner at Bouvier, a glass of champagne and a rooftop view over Vienna at midnight.Join us for New Year’s Eve at Bouvier. We set the table for a four-course dinner, and when the countdown starts, you take it upstairs: as a dinner guest you get exclusive access to the rooftop to welcome the new year above the city.Included with your booking

New Year’s Eve Rooftop at Cayo Coco

Thursday, 31 December 2026 · Cayo Coco Rooftop · From 8 pm, latest check-in 10 pm

Start the year above the city. On New Year’s Eve the Cayo Coco rooftop is open exclusively to our guests, with your table reserved for the night.

We open at 8 pm, and you can check in until 10 pm. A welcome glass of champagne is waiting on arrival, followed by five canapés per guest, among them Cuban pork rillettes, beef tartare and cured trout blini. At midnight, a second glass of champagne goes into your hand, just in time for the fireworks, which you’ll watch from the rooftop with all of Vienna’s skyline in front of you.
